Thomas is a legislative tool provided by the Library of Congress. This database includes such materials as legislative bill texts, the Congressional Record, bill summaries, committee links and the status of annual appropriations bills. Enhancements in the types of legislative data available, as well as in search and display capabilities, are added continuously.

The Federal Election Commission
The FEC is the independent regulatory agency charged with administering and enforcing the federal campaign finance law. The FEC has jurisdiction over the financing of campaigns for the U.S. House, the U.S. Senate, the Presidency and the Vice Presidency. This site provides online access to Financial Disclosure reports submitted by all candidates and members running for the House, Senate or President.
